Wir suchen ein neue Mitbewohner/in für unsere nette Erlangen-WG.
Das Zimmer wird ab 05. Juni frei, da ich zurück nach Irland ziehe.
Wenn du interesse hat, kannst du gerne bei mir melden. Währen der Arbeitstag per WhatsApp wäre am besten und Abends kannst du gerne anrufen.

Zimmer:
Möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Regale.
Das Zimmer ist relativ groß und hat viel Stauraum.
Wohnung:
Die Wohnung ist voll Möbliert (Ofen, Waschmaschine, Spulmaschine, TV, Sofa usw.)
Wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer und Balkon, der in Sommer echt schön ist und tolle Parkmöglichkeiten.
Miete:
Kalt - €400 im Monat.
Nebenkosten sind circa. €30 im Monat, es kommt darauf an wie viel Strom/Wasser wir verbrauchen, aber ist kaum mehr als €30.

We are searching for a new roommate for our lovely WG in central Erlangen.
The room will be free from 5th June, as I am moving back to Ireland at the end of the month.
You are welcome to come by for a viewing or to contact us for more information at any time. Ideally contacting me via WhatsApp during the day would be the best but in the evenings feel free to give me a call.
Here is the most important information you need to know:
Room :
The room is fully furnished with bed, table, chair and shelving. So the room is relatively big and there is a lot of storage space, even for me and I have a lot of stuff!
Apartment :
The apartment is fully furnished (storage, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, sofa etc…)
We have a large living room, a large sun facing balcony and a parking just in front of the house, as well as bike shelter.
Price:
Rent is €400 a month, plus around €30 for utilities, this varies per month depending on water/energy consumption but rarely goes over 30€ each.

Lage:
15 Minuten zu Fuß von Stadtmitte entfernt.
3 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum nächsten Bushaltestelle entfernt.
5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Aldi und 8 zum Kaufland.
Allerdings, wenn man ein Fahrrad hat, kann man alles in etwa. 10 Minuten erreichen.

Es gibt zwei sehr nette Mitbewohner, eine Deutsche und ein Franzose, die sind sehr locker, freundlich und ordentlich.
Wir suchen jemand, der nett, offen, ordentlich und entspannt ist.
Die beide sprechen deutsch und englisch, und Nicolas spricht französisch.
Wir arbeiten alle bei adidas, aber ein Mitbewohner außerhalb adidas ware auch sehr cool.
Wir machen öfters was zusammen, zB. Essen, Filme anschauen und feiern gehen und wir wohnen sehr entspannt und glücklich mit einander.

We are looking for someone who is open, friendly, tidy and easy going.
They both speak English and German, and Nicolas speaks French!
We are all currently working for adidas and are 23 and 25 years old, we get along very good together, watch movies and go out and have in general a very harmonious WG.
