Sonniges Zimmer mit großem Südfenster und direktem Zugang zur Terasse. Das komplette 3 stöckige Haus wird von 7 Leuten bewohnt. Das 15qm Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss in einer 3er WG Wohnung mit eigener Küche, Bad etc. Die 4er WG hat ein großes Wohnzimmer, das von uns mitbenutzt wird. Allgemein verstehen wir usn als eine WG. Es ist ein 140cm Bett und Möbel vorhanden. Sofa kann bei Bedarf in den Keller um z.B. einen Schreibtisch hinzustellen.
Nahe Röthelheimpark, Aldi, Kaufland etc.
Wir sind bunt gemischt, ein paar arbeiten, während andere noch studieren. Wir unternehmen gern Dinge zusammen, machen Sport, feiern, grillen etc.
Terasse, Balkon, Garten und Hof werden gerade im Sommer gern genutzt und können gerne auch von dir genutzt werden. Alles in allem bietet dieses freistehende Haus in dieser Lage viele Freiheiten die man sonst nicht so leicht findet.
Ich bin ab 01.03. im Ausland bis Mitte Juni. Evtl. könnten nochmal ein paar Wochen dazu kommen. Das wäre aber erst später absehbar.
