Mein Name ist Maria und ich betreibe eine Gaststätte in der Feldstraße, das Morena Brasil. Zur Gaststätte gehört die Wohnung im ersten OG und ich selbst werde ein Zimmer als Büro und Umkleidemöglichkeit nutzen für mich und meine Mitarbeiter. Abends werde ich in der Gaststätte sein und nicht dort wohnen.
Die Wohnung ist mit Einbauküche ausgestattet und ein großzügiges Bad, ebenso eine schöne Terrasse.
Das eine Zimmer ist ca. 18 qm groß und hierfür möchte ich 450 Eur. warm und das zweite Zimmer ist ca. 14 qm groß, hierfür hätte ich gern 400 Euro. warm. Beide Zimmer sind unmöbliert und frisch gestrichen.
