Hallo zusammen,
ich suche ein Mieterin für ein Zimmer in eine 2-Zimmer Wohnung. Es ist ab nächste Woche Mittwoch frei (06.01.2013). Miete ist unbefristet. Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kleiderschrank, Regal) und liegt auf der 3. Etage (Wohngebäude hat ein Aufzug).
Das Wohnheim befindet sich in Erlangen-Süd, direkt in der nähe von der Uni. Du brauchst nicht länger als 5-10 Min hin und bist auch nicht an Busse. Sehr gute Verfügbarkeit zu Bus halte stellen: 30, 295, 287, 288, 289, 293.
Plus punkte, das Wohnung ist auch nicht weit weg von der Uni. Dauert 5 Minuten mit Fahrrad und 10 Minuten zu Fuß falls ihr Studiert. (gilt nur für die Technische Fakultät: Informatik, Chemie etc.)
Und solltest du Praktikantin bei Siemens sein: alles Standorte sind in einigen Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Rad zu erreichen.
Du wurdest diese Wohnung mit mir Teilen. Es gab ein Wohnzimmer, Küche und Badezimmer/WC. Leider keine Spülmaschine in der Küche, d.h. Sauberkeit ist sehr wichtig! :-)
Es ist notwendig, dass du weiblich und Studentin bist...
Solltest du Bedenken haben, wegen dem Umstand Wohnheim: dein Zimmer ist dein Reich!

I am on the lookout for a flatmate. There is a room free in this 2 bedroom apartment. Your bedroom is already furnished. And the apartment is on the 3rd floor of the buildling. No worries, there is an elevator if you can't be bothered to walk up the stairs. ;)
Apartment is in Erlangen-Süd, very close to the Technical department of the University (informatics, chemistry etc.). Walking to the university will not take longer than 10 minutes. There are many bus stations in the area, it doesn't take longer than 5 minutes to walk to them. Buses include 30, 295, 287, 288, 289, 293.
If you are doing an internship with Siemens, all Siemens locations are very near... one Siemens Building is actually just at the end of the road! Not sure which division though... but it is the Industry Sector for sure.
You will share this apartment with me.. There is a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom (with bathtub)/WC which we will be sharing. I do not own a dish washer so its very important that we keep washing our dishes for cleanliness!! Furthermore general cleanliness is important :-)
So just for information, this offer is applicable only for female students. And if you are having thoughts about sharing this apartment with me, don't worry I respect your privacy, and I hope you can respect mine too!
