Das Zimmer hat einen Grundriss von ca. 15qm und besitzt ein großes Fenster in südlicher Richtung. Dadurch ist es tagsüber stets hell und angenehm. Zudem stehen ein Schrank, ein Bett und ein Schreibtisch drin.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 13. Stock und besitzt 3 Zimmer, welche sich unterteilen in 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit Couch und einem großen Tisch. Das Wohnzimmer kann ganz frei genutzt werden.
Ebenso besitzt die Wohnung ein Bad eine moderne große Küche, eine Abstellkammer und einen Balkon der zur Südseite zeigt.
Die WG liegt in Erlangen-Süd, wodurch man etwa in 10 Minuten mit dem Rad bis ins Stadtzentrum benötigt. Die Bushaltestellen in sämtliche Richtungen sind zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen und somit gelangt man stets relativ schnell und einfach an sein Ziel.
Auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen in etwa 5 Minuten gibt es einen Bäcker und einen Norma zum einkaufen. Und eine Apotheke ist auch gleich in der Nähe.
Das WG Leben ist ganz zwanglos, es kann als reine Zweck WG genutzt werden oder man kann auch ohne Problem gemeinsam etwas unternehmen oder sonstiges. Je nachdem wie es einem beliebt.
