Es handelt sich um ein möbliertes Zimmer im 1.OG
in einer 4er WG.
Das Zimmer hat 2 große Fenster.
Es gibt ein Gemeinschaftszimmer mit einem großen Eßtisch, den ausziehbar ist,
so das auch in großer Runde getafelt werden kann.
Es steht eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spühlmaschine zu verfügung
in der es eine gemüdlicher Eckbank steht.
Pracktischerweise haben wir auch eine Waschmaschine die im Bad steht.
Es handelt sich um eine einmahliche schöne Lage.
Ein ehemahliges Forsthause mitten im Grünen
und doch Stadt nah.
Zum Uni Südgelände ins es gerade mahl 2000m,
ca.5km von Erlangen Zentrum(Bahnhof) entfernt.
Es ist eine sehr ruhige Wohnlage in schöner Umgebung.
Mit dem Fahrad ist alles gut zu erreichen.
Für eine Auto gibt es immer einen Parkplatz.
Zufuß erreicht man in ca. 10 min die Haltestelle Walderlebniszentrum.
Wir Legen wehrt auf ein gutes Zusammenleben.
Es gibt Raum für Gemeinschaft sowie für Ruhe.
