Auf jeder Etage befindet sich ein Badezimmer. Die Gemeinschafts-Essküche ist mit einer Küche inkl. Spülmaschine, Backofen und Herd ausgestattet.
In jedem Zimmer wird schnelles Internet und Fernsehempfang bereitgestellt. Direkt auf dem Grundstück haben die Studenten die Möglichkeit Ihre Fahrräder abzustellen. Das Haus verfügt über einen Waschraum im Keller.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich das Uni-Südgelände, die Sportuni, das Röthelheimbad und der Reichswald. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, sowohl nach Erlangen als auch nach Nürnberg, ist sehr gut.
