Ich suche einen Zwischenmieter für mein 17qm Zimmer, vollmöbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Schränke, Regal) mit Parkettboden für etwa 4-6Wochen.
Die Wohnung:
76qm, 3 Zimmer, du kannst das große Wohnzimmer mit Sofas etc. und den Balkon natürlich mit nutzen! Kräuter auf dem Balkon gibts obendrauf! Küche und Bad sind vollausgestattet...
Die Wohnung liegt in sehr guter Lage, Siemens, Süd-UniCampus, Uni-Sportgelände in direkter Nähe und in die City fährt man mit dem Rad auch nur 5min! Bus & Bahn gibts auch nebenan!
Du wirst einen netten Mitbewohner haben! Er bewohnt ebenso bis Ende November in einem kleinerem Zimmer!

Der Einzugs/Auszugstermin ist eher variabel! Das Zimmer ist etwa am 15.10 frei und beziehbar.
