Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchenden! Wir haben den Sommer über ein Zimmer frei in einer hellen und freundlichen Wohnung.
Die Wohnung hat drei große Zimmer, mit Holzboden und großen Fenstern. Es ist also schön hell. Außerdem gibt es sowohl Küche als auch Badezimmer mit Tageslicht. Super praktisch ist auch unsere kleine Abstellkammer, in der wir Putzkram, aber auch Lebensmittel und alles Mögliche lagern. Falls wir noch mehr Lagerraum brauchen, haben wir noch einen Keller, der einiges an Stauraum bietet :)
Das Beste: Wir haben einen Balkon. Und du in deinem neuen Zimmer einen direkten Zugang dazu.
The flat has three large rooms with wooden floor and big windows (very bright!). Additionally, we have a storage room, a cellar, and well, bathroom, kitchen, and a sunny balcony. I sublet the room over the summer. It is really nice and bright and has a direct access to the balcony.
Die Lage ist zentral, in 10 Minuten bist du mit dem Fahrrad so ziemlich überall – auch im Stadzentrum. Bäckereien, Supermärkte, Apotheken und all das sind sehr nah. Praktisch vor der Haustür ist auch eine Bushaltestelle. Raus in die Natur kommst du auch ganz flott, zum Beispiel Tennenloher Forst ist gerade um die Ecke.
The location is super convenient, 10 minutes to the city centre with a bicycle (which you will use to get anywhere in Erlangen). Bakery, grocery, pharmacy and all that stuff is nearby. Bus stop is 3 minutes from our door. And if you want to get out into the nature it’s not too far either (I have to admit, nothing is really far in Erlangen).
Du würdest mit Umair und Jasmin zusammenwohnen.
Umair ist seit ca. 3 Jahren in Erlangen und hat sein Studium gerade beendet. Er kocht gerne und viel und ganzschön scharf manchmal, aber sehr lecker. Außerdem ist er gerne in der Natur, mag wandern und Volleyball, und, ganz wichtig, Queen. Also die Band. Jasmin studiert dann ab April, und lernt Erlangen neu kennen. Sie ist super musikalisch und reist gerne um die Welt, kommt bestimmt aber auch gerne mit zum Tennenloher Forst oder in die Fränkische Schweiz! Jasmin zieht auch im April ein, es ist also eine ganz neue Zusammensetzung und ihr könnt euer WG-Leben gestalten, wie ihr lustig seid: generell sind wir alle gesellig und bleiben gerne mal länger in der Küche hängen als geplant war, und gemeinsamen Unternehmungen steht nichts im Wege. Wir freuen uns über lustigen WG Zusatz, der Lust hat, sich einzubringen, aber auch einfach so ihr oder sein Ding macht.
You would live with Umair and Jasmin, who is now moving to Erlangen. We are all friendly people and enjoy hanging out together :)
