Since Ben will be going for an internship in Spain for 6 months, we are looking for someone to stay in his room till he is back.The room is 16m2 and is completely furnished with 80cm bed that can be extended to 160cm. The apartment was renovated four months ago and looks new. There is a washing machine and dish washer in the kitchen. We also have a nice balcony which can be used to chill, drink some beer or enjoy Shisha.
The apartment is located towards the south of erlangen with close proximity to the Paul gossen str. Two minutes by foot is the Gebbertstr. bus stop. Netto and REWE can be reached by bike in 5 minutes. You can get the city center in 8 minutes with the bike. You can also get to the TechFak in 6 mins using the bike.
Ray is 27 and Ben is 25. Ben is a masters student at the University and studies Information Technology, Ray works full time in Erlangen, this means 1-3 times a week he works from home and has his office in the living room, however this can also be shared in case you need to study or also work. In Ray's free time, he likes to meet friends, dance and play football
In the evenings.Once in a while we have friends over for some parties.
