Das Zimmer ist möbiliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kleiderschrank, Regal) und befindet sich im 3 Stock in einem Studentenwohnheim der Joseph-Stiftung in der Erlanger Innenstadt.
Es hat ein eigenes Bad und das Bett ist auf einer kleinen Gallerie, die über eine Treppe zu erreichen ist. Die Küche wird mit sechs anderen Wohnheimsbewohnern benutzt, wo man ein eigebes Schrankabteil und Platz im Kühlschrank hat.
Im Keller befindet sich ein Waschkeller mit zwei Waschmaschinen und einem Trockner. Außerdem gibt es einen Grillplatz und einen Kinoraum.
Vor dem Haus und im Fahrradkeller ist genügend Platz um ein Fahrrad abzustellen
