It is 28m² room in Erlangen City center. We have kitchen and shower room attached to the room and we have toilet outside of the room. It is only for girls. We have one desk for each person and one common table, one small cupboard for each girl and one bed for each girl ..
Right now, space for one person is empty. So, we are finding someone who can take sublet for one month, only in August. You can stay here in August if you want.
You don't need to pay for deposit. Just need to pay rent for one month.
We have two bus stands in two minutes of walking distance. We have one grocery store Netto opposite to our building. We are city center. You can reach Hauptbanhof by walking or just taking bus. You can reach techfak within 20 mins also
We are 2 girls right now in the room. I am from India and she is from Sri Lanka. We are both M.Sc. students of FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg. We are staying together from last year. We like to cook together sometime but we respect our own prices and space. In exam time, it is also quite. So you will find no problem regarding staying
If you want for long term from August then it's also fine but if you want to take it as sublet also. It is also fine. Just message me. We will talk about this in details
