Hallo Zusammen,
ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein WG-Zimmer. Idealerweise zum 01.08. Ansonsten gerne auch ein, zwei Wochen später.
Bin selbst Praktikant bei adidas gewesen und wohne mit zwei Werkstudentinnen zusammen, welche aber selbst im September ausziehen. Von daher kannst du dir deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner mit selbst aussuchen.
Das Zimmer ist groß und durch die hohe Decke sehr geräumig.
Ansonsten gibt es eine große Küche mit Backofen und viel Staufächern und ein Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine.
Einen Garten zum Grillen gibt es auch.
Die Wohnung liegt zetral zu Erlangen in der Dechsendorferstr. 4. Mit dem Rad ist man innerhalb von 2 Minuten in der Innenstadt und in 5 Minuten am Bahnhof.
