Large sunny room with four big windows. The Room is on the ground floor and is fully furnished. In the winter the room stays toasty warm with two heaters. There is a large desk, double bed, and cupboard to hang clothing. The room is very quiet, I know that 10 people sounds like a lot for a WG but when the door is closed you don't hear the other roommates.
The house is a stand alone house with 10 bedrooms. It has parking spaces and is public transport is 2 minutes away, right across the street. The house is located in a friendly neighborhood with children, families, and other students. It is about a 10 minute bike ride to the city center/ university buildings. There is a beautiful bike route that leads to the city.
There are 10 bedrooms and 10 roommates. We love hanging out with each other, grilling in the summer, enjoying a beer together in the evenings and going out. This WG is perfect for someone moving to Erlangen for the first time!
I am moving out due to unforeseen circumstances. I need to find a new renter as soon as possible. The room is fully furnished and really just a great place to live.
