I am writing this impulsively and I don't know the exact measurements for size of the room. But the room is plenty large. I estimate 15 square meters. It will come with a queen sized bed, a desk and a wardrobe. ***In september my roommate will take her stuff back so be prepared for the need to find your own bed and desk. The wardrobe will stay. A cute quiet street in Erlangen-Bruck. It takes me 10 minutes by bike to the city center and about the same with bus. The Erlangen-Bruck S-Bahn stop is a 2 minute bike ride away (5 minute walk) and the bus stop to the city center is about 100 m from our house. We have a nice bakery about 100 m away as well and the closest grocery store is about 2 bus stops away or a 5 minute bike (10-15 min walk).
If you are looking for a fun loving 25 year old Canadian roommate studying a masters program at FAU then I might have the WG for you. I'm looking for someone who is open to becoming good friends. I love to cook, do sports (ice hockey, baseball, golf, most sports actually), i'm very active and don't like to spend too much time inside, especially when the weather gets nice.
