Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert (Kühlschrank, Herd mit Backofen, Waschmaschine, usw.). In deinem Zimmer gibt es Tisch, Stuhl, Bett, Kleiderschrank, Bücherregal, Schlafsofa, Spiegel, und so weiter. Aber die Einrichtungsgegenstände werden von dir übernommen.
Zudem gehört zu der Wohnung einen kleinen Lagerraum und Kellerabteil.

The room is c.a. 15 m² in size and is located in a 2-person apartment on the 12th floor. Hence, one can enjoy the beautiful view of the city through windows.
The apartment is fully furnished (refrigerators, stove with oven, washing machine, etc.). In your room there is a table, chair, bed, wardrobe, bookcase, sofa bed, mirror, and so on. But the furnishings will be taken over by you.
The apartment also has a small storage room and a cellar space.

mit Fahrrad ist S-bahn station Paul-Gossen-Straße 5 Minuten entfernt, Hauptbahnhof 10 Minuten, Supermarkt (Rewe, Lidl, Edeka, Rossmann, Netto) 5 Minuten, und Bushaltestellen (Am Anger und Äußere Bruck/Paul Gossen) 2 Minuten.
