Hey there!
I am leaving my 20sqm room on a fantastic 7-person WG. It will be free from May 10th.
All the furniture will stay for an extra cost of 400€ single payment and the total expenses of the rent plus the costs are 416€ per month. The furniture includes a big bed and the mattress, big closet, a desk, kallax shelf, one dresser, one rocking chair and a TV table.
The room has big windows, so there is plenty of natural light even during the winter months. The room is next to the kitchen and the apartment has 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms.
In the Kitchen there is a large dinning table with chairs and a sofa. Apart from that we have a dishwasher and a brand new washing machine.
The location in the- heart of the city center, making it easy to enjoy. There are several shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants around. Furthermore, there is the HBF 6 min by foot and bus stops next to the apartment.
We share common expenses such as: cleaning products, coffee and tea, spices, oil... And we have a cleaning schedule with different tasks to keep the common areas clean and tidy.
The life in the WG is calm during working days but there is also plans and a funny environment during the evenings and weekends. We love inviting people to the WG and cooking together sometimes, so we appreciate someone who is thoughtful but also willing to join and spend some time together (:.
