Unsere gemütliche Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss an einem ruhigen Fahrradweg und besteht aus einer Küche, einem Badezimmer und meinem Zimmer und dem meiner Mitbewohnerin. Dein Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Bett (140cm), einem Schrank, Schreibtisch, Sessel, Regal und Schrankwand (ganz viel Stauraum). Von dem Zimmer kommt man direkt auf die Terasse, die besonders im Frühling und Sommer wirklich schön ist.
Our comfy apartment is located on the ground floor next to a quiet cycle path and has a kitchen, a bathroom, your room and the room of my flatmate. Your room will be furnished with a bed, a desk, a bookstand, a wardrobe, an armchair and lots of space for storage, it has direct access to our terrace which is really nice during spring and summer.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen an einem Fahrradweg, nahe dem Bohlenplatz. Man erreicht die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu Fuß in 2 Minuten, genauso wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Netto (2 min) und Aldi (5min). In der Innenstadt und an den Arkaden ist man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten. Den Bahnhof erreicht man in 10-15 Minuten. In der Gegend wohnen viele Studenten und besonders der Bohlenplatz ist sehr beliebt im Sommer.
The apartment is located next to a quite bicycle path near the Bohlenplatz. Public transport can be reached in 2 minutes by foot. The next possibilities for grocery shopping are 2-5 minutes away. The city center and the Arcaden are about 10 minutes away by foot. The train station is 10-15 minutes away. In our area live a lot of students and especially the Bohlenplatz is very popular during summer.
Normalerweise wohne ich hier in der Wohnung mit meiner sehr netten Mitbewohnerin. Wir studieren beide Medizin und ich mache aktuell Praktikum in der Nähe von München. Im Sommer gehen wir gerne ins Freibad oder an einen See schwimmen oder verbringen entspannte Nachmittage auf der Terasse. Gerne wird auch gekocht, gespielt oder Wein getrunken.
Normally, I live in the apartment with my very friendly roommate. We both study medicine and now I will do a work placement near Munich. During summer we like to go swimming at the pool or at a nearby lake or we spend the afternoon in the sun on our terrace. We also like to cook, play games or drink some wine.
