Dein neues Zimmer ist um die 20m2 groß und bietet somit viel Platz.
Das Zimmer hat Südlage und ist dank seiner großen Fenster lichtdurchflutet. Durch das Zimmer hat man außerdem Zugang zu unserem schönen (Gemeinschafts-)Balkon. Der Balkon geht in Richtung unseres Innenhofes und ist daher in einer ruhigen Lage und eignet sich super zum entspannen und Sonne tanken.
Im Flur gibt es einen gemeinsamen Wohnbereich mit Esstisch und Sofa. Wir haben auch ein großes Bad mit Dusche und Toilette sowie eine Extra-Toilette. In der Küche ist genug Platz für deine Sachen, außerdem haben wir eine Spülmaschine. Die Waschmaschine steht im Badezimmer.
Wir haben außerdem einen Kellerabteil, einen Abstellraum und Gemeinschafts-Kellerräume für Fahrräder.

Your new room is approximately 20m2 big and offers therefore a lot of space.
The room faces south and is flooded with light thanks to its large windows. From the room you also have access to our lovely balcony, which we use commonly, respecting each others space of course. The balcony overlooks our courtyard, so it is a quiet place to relax and enjoy the sun.
We don't have a living room, but we do have a common dining area with a couch in the hallway. The apartment also has a bathroom with a toilet and another extra toilet, which is of course a luxury for three people. ;) In the kitchen we have lots of storage space and a dishwasher. The washing machine is in the bathroom.
There is a cellar compartment and a small storage room in the apartment. There is an area in the basement to store our bikes.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Man ist in ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß am Bahnhof und in der Innenstadt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist bei den Acarden, welche man in 5 Minuten erreicht. Der Wohnkomplex hat einen ruhigen Innenhof. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkleit liegt nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Zur Uni sind es knapp 10 minuten mit dem Fahrrad, die TechFak ist ca. 10-15 Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt.

The apartment is very centrally located. It is a 7 minute walk to the train station and the city centre. The nearest bus stop is at Acarden, which can be reached in 5 minutes. The apartment complex has a quiet courtyard. The nearest shopping facilities are 2 minutes away. The university is about 10 minutes away by bike and TechFak is about 10-15 minutes away by bike.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Jojo und Monika.
Jojo studiert Medizintechnik im Master, Monika ebenfalls im Master Chemieingenieurwesen. Jojo klettert gerne in ihrer Freizeit und spielt Klavier. Außerdem ist sie im Unichor.
Monika kocht gerne, macht manchmal Sport (Yoga, Workouts, Volleyball) oder trifft sich mit Freunden.
Das WG Leben ist offen und interaktiv, gerne redet/kocht/macht man was zusammen, wir sind aber keine Party-WG. Freunde sind aber natürlich immer willkommen. Im Sommer verbringt man auch gerne den ein oder anderen Sommerabend zusammen auf dem Balkon. Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt. Unsere Türen sind meist offen, aber natürlich kann sich jeder auch in seinem Zimmer zurückziehen.
Wir haben einen Putzplan, um die Hausarbeiten aufzuteilen.

Your future roommates would be Jojo, who is doing her master’s in medical engineering, and Monika, who is studying sustainable chemical engineering.
In her free time, Jojo loves climbing and playing piano. She is also singing in choir. Monika loves to cook, do different sports (sometimes) or meets her friends.
The WG life is open and interactive, everyone is always open to spend some time, but it is not a party flat. Of course visitors who spend long evenings at the flat are welcomed. When we have time, we like to eat together and in summer we enjoy long summer evenings on the balcony. The shared flat life with the two roommates is very relaxed and easy. We are happy to have the doors open, but of course it is not a problem to just close the door and have some peace and quiet.
We have a cleaning schedule to divide the tasks within everyone.
Das Einzugsdatum ist noch nicht ganz sicher und bewegt sich um den 01.03.
Außerdem sollen Möbel abgelöst werden (Bett, Sofa, Schreibtisch, Schrank etc.), diese stehen teilweise in einem anderen Raum. Dies können wir dann bei der Besichtigung klären :).
Außerdem müssen wegen der kürzlichen Neuanschaffung eines Wlan-Routers 23€ gezahlt werden.
Die Kaution für das Zimmer beträgt 860€.

The date to move in is not fixed yet but will be around.
There is furniture that should be taken over (bed, desk, sofa, cupboard etc) which is partially in another room located.
We can discuss this during the viewing.
Besides that, we recently got a router, thus, 23€ have be paid.
There is also a deposit of 860€.
