Es ist wieder so weit! Unsere Mitbewohnerin zieht Anfang April 09 aus...sniff...
Aber dadurch wird ein nettes Zimmer für euch Interessenten frei. Wir sind 2 Bayer und einen Franzosen. Die WG liegt sehr Zentral. Alles ist zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar (Bar, Lounge, Restaurant, Einkaufmöglichkeiten, Frisör, Bahnhof, Busverbindung, Kino,...).
Die Ausstattung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben vorhanden. Es ist eine im Mai letzen Jahres renovierte Wohnung mit weißen Wänden und laminat. Zu den Zimmer gehört eine 35m² Holzterrasse die im Sommer das absolute highlight der WG ist!
Du müsstest am besten offen sein und keine Zweck-WG suchen. Wir sind keine Party WG, aber wenn du gerne am Wochenende ausgehst wäre es ideal! Wenn du auf den Geschmack gekommen bist und dir die Wohnung anschauen willst kannst du dich ja unter mail, handy, oder studivz melden.
