es ist eine sehr schöne Altbauwohnung mit hohen Decken, einer gemütlichen Wohnküche, einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Extra-Dusche,das letztes Jahr renoviert wurde, und natürlich einem sehr netten Mitbewohner(24, Student).
Das tollste an der Wohnung ist die Lage: 2 Minuten zum Marktplatz, in die Fußgängerzone, zum Bahnhof, zum Schlossgarten und zur Uni.
Sie liegt im Hinterhaus über einen sehr hübschen fast südländischen Hinterhof zu erreichen.
Das Zimmer ist sehr groß(28,8 qm)&sehr schön hell durch 3 riesige Fenster.
Es gibt gleich um die Ecke einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, direkt vor der Tür muss man einen Parkschein lösen. Wenn man möchte, kann man auch einen Anwohnerparkschein beantragen.
Einzug wäre auch schon ab Mitte Februar möglich.
Internet-Flatrate sind 15 Euro im Monat, Strom ist auf 18,- veranschlagt.
