Hallo!
Ich heiße Sarah und suche ab 1. August einen Nachmieter für mein WG Zimmer.
Die WG-Mitbewohner sind sehr nett und die Wohnung liegt optimal zentral für alle Tätigkeiten in und um Erlangen (Nähe Lorlebergplatz). Wir sind keine reine ZweckWG und unternehmen daher gerne mal was zusammen!
Die Wohnung hat eine sehr geräumige Wohnküche mit Herd/Ofen, zwei Kühlschränken, Mikrowelle und allen möglichen kleinen Haushaltsgeräten.
Außerdem haben wir uns einen großen Esstisch, der für alle Platz bietet.
Zudem gibt es ein großes Bad und ein zusätzliches WC.
Alle Räume wurden anfang des Jahres komplett neu saniert und renoviert!!!
