Hallo, da ich gerade ein Auslandspraktikum mache suche ich fuer meine tolle 6er WG eine/n Zwischenmieter/in fuer ab sofort bis Ende Dezember, der Zeitraum waere aber notfalls auch variabel.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15qm gross, hat zwei grosse Fenster und ist vollstaendig moebliert. (falls notwendig koennte man aber einzelne Sachen rausraeumen). Die Gesamt-Kosten sind 225Euro pro Monat (Internet und Nebenkosten schon inklusive). Lage ist superzentral naehe Zollhaus (ca. 5min zum Laufen in die Innenstadt, Bushaltestelle gleich um die Ecke). Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten sind auch reichlich vorhanden (Netto, Aldi, etc.) Du wuerdest mit zwei Maedels und drei Jungs die Wohnung teilen. Bei Interesse oder Fragen bitte per Email melden!
