Hallo,
Wir sind 2 Mädels und ein Mann und suchen einen neuen männlichen Mitbewohner (bevorzugt im älteren Semester), für unser Häuschen in sensationeller Lage direkt am Berg ( 5 min in Innenstadt).
Wir sind KEINE Zweck-WG und deshalb solltest du offen für gemeinsame Grillabende im eigenen Garten und gemütlichem Abhängen mit Bierchen oder Vino sein.
Auch 12 Tage Bergkirchweih sollten dir nichts anhaben!
Das Zimmer ist hell (zwei Fenster), ca 18 qm groß und liegt im Erdgeschoss. Wir haben keine direkten Nachbarn weshalb du deine Musik ruhig etwas lauter drehen kannst!
