... sucht dringend eine neue Mitbewohnerin zum 1.3.12 für nette 4er-WG!
Wir besitzen eine schöne geräumige Küche zum zusammen sitzen, quatschen, kochen! Ein kleines Bad und separartes WC.
Da ich schon am 1.3. in eine neue Wohnung ziehe, brauche ich dringend eine neue Nachfolgerin, die bereit ist schon nächste Woche das Zimmer zu beziehen!
(Bitte nur telefonisch oder per SMS melden, da ich zur Zeit kein Internet zur Verfügung habe!!)
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es drei Minuten in die Innenstadt, zehn Minuten zur Technische Fakultät der Universtität Erlangen-Nürnberg.
Einkaufsmöglickeiten sind gleich um die Ecke (Aldi, Netto, Kaufland, Getränkemarkt Franky)
Eine Waschmaschine haben wir leider nicht, aber dafür gibt es einige Waschsalons in der Nähe!
.
Die drei Mädls, Hanna (21, Medizin), Beate (19, Integrated Life Sience), Betty (20, Fitnessökonomie) sind aufgeschlossen, unkompliziert und ordentlich.
Wir kochen gerne zusammen und sitzen abends auch mal gerne bei einer Flasche Wein zusammen.
Bad und Toilette werden gemeinsam benutzt, sind aber immer in einem ordentlichen Zustand und dass es sich mal vor dem Bad staut, kommt selten vor.
Wir hoffen, dass du dich bei uns wohlfühlen wirst.
