Hi,
ich vermiete mein Zimmer ab August unter, da ich in die Schweiz gehen werde.
Ich lasse alle Möbel im Zimmer.
Die WG ist sehr zentral, direkt am Schloss (5 min zum Bahnhof und 5 Min zur Uniklinik); wir sind eine 5-er WG und keine Zweck-WG. Daher wollen euch die anderen Mitbewohner auch gerne kennenlernen und ein Besichtigungstermin wäre optimal.
Miete macht 330 Euro/Monat mit allem (Strom, Gas, Internet, Telefonflat).
Ich bin auch nochmal von April 2013-Juli 2013 im Ausland; falls also jemand von euch ein Jahr zur Zwischenmiete sucht, kann er sich gerne melden und dann quasi für die Zeit von Dezember bis April ein anderes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete in Erlangen suchen.
