Die Wohnung ist toll und in Superlage (Altst, Kirchenplatz) nur leider nicht WG-geeignet. Das heißt, dein Schlafzimmer ist ein Zimmer, in dem wirklich nur ein Bett Platz hat und das nicht heizbar ist. Auf Dauer ist das also eher nichts, aber vorübergehend zur Wohnungssuche vielleicht hilfreich. Wochenweise Miete wär ok.
Ich bin ziemlich verträglich, arbeite Vollzeit in einer Agentur, also eher keine Hausparties.
Putzfrau ist inbegriffen.
