Guten Tag,
Ich suche zu Anfang Januar einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer in unserer 5er WG. Dies ist keine Zweck WG und somit offen für jeden Neuen.
Kosten die auf Dich zu kommen:
Das Zimmer kostet 280 Kalt + 85 Euro Nebenkosten
Einmalig im Jahr 328 Euro für Strom und Gas.
Die Kaution beträgt 635 Euro.
Alle Möbel sind im Zimmer enthalten lediglich für das Hochbett mit neuer Matratze verlange ich einen Festpreis von 200 Euro, da ich beides erst vor 3 Monaten gekauft habe.
So ich hoffe das schreckt dich nicht ab ;)
