mein mitbewohner hat ausstudiert und keinen bock mehr auf erlangen weshalb er sich ende juni aus dem staub macht und mich damit zur nachmietersuche noetigt.
das zimmer ist in einer 3zimmer-whg im zollhaus aka innenstadt, geht zur straße, ist aber trotzdem relativ ruhig.
wlan und internetflat, sind inklusive.
zentral mit netto 3 häuser weiter, metzger gegenüber und glascontainern um die ecke. bushalte und taxistand gibt's auch vor der tür. bahnhof ist zu fuß erreichbar.
studenten erfreuen sich eines kurzen weges zu audimax, uni-straße, etc.
gekocht wird oft. besonders in den monaten ohne 'r' ist der balkon stark frequentiert.
ein wohn-/esszimmer ist vorhanden und lädt zu geselligkeit ein.
eingerichtete und gut bestückte küche, bad mit wanne, waschmaschine, spülmaschine, trockner sind nur einige der zahllosen features dieser wahnsinnswohnung.
der südbalkon sollte noch erwähnt werden.
