Hallo,
ich habe ein WG-Zimmer 13qm in zentraler Innenstadtlage (nahe Martin-Luther-Platz und E-Werk) abzugeben. Habe seit 3 Jahren hier gewohnt und mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine nette Mitbewohnerin gibts auch dazu.
Da ich Erlangen gern ohne meine Möbel verlassen möchte, wäre es perfekt, wenn du nach einem möblierten Zimmer suchst. Weise Ikea-Möbel, 1,40m breites Bett, Regal Expedit, Schreibtisch + Schubkastenteil, Kleiderschrank 3-türig. Dafür hätte ich gern eine Ablöse von 250 Euro.
