ich suche schnell einen Nachmieter für mein helles 25qm WG-Zimmer in der Luitpoldstraße. Einzugstermin ist schon der 1.8.2013. Kaution liegt bei 500€ plus 200€ Abschlag für Elektrogeräte, die wir angeschafft haben (Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler).
Gesamtkosten mit wirklich allem drin liegen bei 301,50€ pro Monat.
Zimmer ist perfekt Studenten geeignet. Ideale Lage zwischen Innenstadt und TechFak. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 min zu Fuss zu erreichen.
Alles in allem ein sehr entspanntes Wohnen.
