Hallo,
ich suche eine(n) netten Nachmieter(in) für mein wunderschönes 16m² Zimmer in einer 4er-WG am Martin-Luther Platz. Das Zimmer ist hell und gut geschnitten.Die 315€ sind mit allen Nebenkosten. Es ist alles vorhanden, von Waschmaschine bis zur Spülmaschine.
Die Wohnung ist im 2. Stock und sehr gemütlich. Die Lage direkt neben dem Martin-Luther Platz, ist ideal. Schnell im Wald, Kneipe und Innenstadt.
Meine Mitbewohner sind alle sehr nett und am Abend wird öfter zusammen gekocht oder auch mal in die Kneipe gegangen. Aber jeder macht natürlich auch sein eigenes Ding. Es gibt auch ein Kicker an dem man sich austoben kann.
