Da ich im März umziehe, suche ich eine/n Nachmieter/in für mein Zimmer.
Das Zimmer hat ca. 9 qm, Teppichboden und eine Dachschräge. Die kleine Quadratmeterzahl wird dadurch ausgeglichen, dass das Zimmer fast quadratisch ist, also kein Platz verschwendet wird.
Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert; Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch und ein kleines Regal sind schon drin.
Küche und Bad werden mit zwei anderen Mitbewohnern geteilt.
Die Lage geht eigentlich gar nicht perfekter. Die Wohnung ist am Martin-Luther-Platz, von dort fahren viele Buslinien. Zur PhilFak, zum Juridicum und zur Uniklinik braucht man mit dem Fahrrad 5 Minuten, zur TechFak ca. 20 min.
Die Fußgängerzone, viele Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Laufweite; ein großer Kaufland ebenfalls.
