Hi zusammen,
hier wird ein Zimmer in unserer Studenten WG angeboten. Das Zimmer hat etwa 13 qm. Leider ist es ein Durchgangszimmer, das bedeutet, dass ich durch das Zimmer gehen muss, um in mein eigenes Zimmer zu gelangen. Der Bereich, durch den ich gehe ist aber Blickdicht mit einem Vorhang abgetrennt von deinem Zimmer.
Das Zimmer wird möbliert mit Bett 140cm (Schlafsofa) und einem Tisch, Regal oder Schrank.
Die WG ist 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zum Bahnhof bzw. von der Innenstadt entfernt.
Wir sind zwei Studenten, die Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen an der FAU studieren. Gerne sitzen wir abends bei einem Glas Wein oder Bier zusammen oder kochen auch zusammen. Aber auch viele Andere Sachen kann man mit uns unternehmen. Es ist also keine reine Zweck-WG. Wir haben selbst schon ERASMUS-Semester gemacht, weswegen wir auch offen für internationale Mitbewohner sind.
Bitte nicht böse sein, aber ich kann bei den vielen Anfragen manchmal nicht alle beantworten.
So folks, we offer a furnished room in our students wg. The room is a through-room, so I have to pass it in order to come to my own one. But luckily the path will be covered by a opaque curtain to protect your privacy.
The room is furnished by a 140cm bed a table and a cupboard.
The rent of 240 Euros per month includes all relevant costs (WIFI, Electricity, GEZ...)
We are two students in the field of industrial engineering. We like to sit together for a glass of wine or a cooking session and other activities. We both went already abroad for an ERASMUS-Semster, so we are open to international students.
