Hi!, Ich bin eine Studentin der FAU, und ich mochte meine wunderfall Zimmer für drei Monaten Untermieten von 08.07.2014 bis zum 10.10.2014. Das Appartement liegt in eine sehr zentrale Lokation, Bus Haltestelle ist 30 Sek. von Gebäude entfernt. Das Appartement ist voll möbliert und mit elektronische Geräte wie fernsehen, Mikrowelle, Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Das Appartement hast ein Wohnzimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer (meine mit einen großes Bett und Kleiderschrank), eine moderne Küche, ein Esszimmer, Balkon und zwei Toiletten. Aldi und Kaufland sind nicht zu weit von hier entfernt! Ich hoffe dass die Person hier mitwohnen mochte ist ruhig und sorgfältig weil die Appartement sehr schön eingerichtet ist. Die Lokalisation ist im Zentrum, zwischen Mozartstr. und Sophienstr. Es gibt zwei Haltestellen in der nähe. Aldi und Kaufland sind auch in der nähe. Den UNI Sportzentrum ist auch sehr nah, Wenn Sie bei Siemens arbeiten hier ist ideal weil Siemens Mitte ist 10 Minuten zu fuß.
Ich hoffe das die Person hier Mietwohnen mochte sehr sorgfältig und ruhig ist. Die besitzerin arbeitet bei SIEMENS Sie ist aber sehr nett und freundlich.Sie arbeitet in Hamburg und kommst zurueck Erlangen nomale am jeder zwei wochenende.
