Suche einen Nachmieter zum 15.12. (oder früher) für meine Wohnung in einem privaten Studentenwohnheim in der Henkestraße.
Die Wohnung liegt unter dem Dach, hat zwei große Dachfenster und ist daher sehr hell.
Sie ist außerdem möbliert, dh. Schrank, Regale, Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, und hat eine kleine Küchenzeile und ein eigenes Bad.
Da ich erst der zweite Mieter war, ist alles in top Zustand und nicht abgenutzt.
Das Wohnheim an sich ist sehr ruhig und sauber und könnte kaum besser liegen, Innenstadt mit Supermärkten, Clubs und Bars zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zu der Techfak sind es ungefähr 10 Min mit dem Rad, zu der Uni in der Innenstadt kann man laufen.
Die Wohnung kann nur an Studenten vermietet werden!
