Das Zimmer ist gut geschnitten und daher sehr geräumig. Dank Zugang zu Balkon und großem Fenster ist das Zimmer auch schön hell. Bett und Schrank, nagelneu (2 monate)könnt ihr gerne für 230 Euro (statt original 300) übernehmen.
Zwischen Röthelheimbad und Zollhaus ist die Wohnung in perfekter Lage: innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad kommt ihr überall hin: heim von jeder Party Erlangen, zur Techfak oder auch zum joggen raus ins Grüne!
Wir kochen, essen und feiern gern zusammen, was man eben so tut. Allerdings ist ech auch kein Problem, wenn man mal seine Ruhe braucht. Tür zu und gut ;)
Ich selbst muss leider ausziehen, da ich in einer anderen Stadt studiere. Ich leite aber all euere Mails gerne an meine liebe Mitbewohnerin weiter, die dann einen Besichtigungstermin mit euch ausmacht. Wir freuen uns auf euere Nachricht!
