After four years of living in this great WG I am moving out. The apartment is a four rooms apartment, kitchen and bathroom separately. All the apartment is furnished, the kitchen counts with dishwasher, washing machine, and all the common utensils of a nice kitchen. The bathroom is quite new, with bath included.
The room is 20 m^2 big. The windows point to the north and to Schillerstr. Crossing by there is a nice library. All the furniture is included in the rent, and in good shape.
The apartment is located one block of the Lorleberg Platz, an important and central point of the city, where you can find several bus lines stops. This location is fast connected to the main station (12 min walking, 5 min bike), to the university and companies facilities. It also counts with a new balcony looking at an inner garden of around 80 m^2 where to have coffee or just relax a bit.
My roommates and I have made of this apartment a nice home, where community is an important value and sharing and friendship distinguish us. However, with doors closed, the room gives a perfect touch of privacy.
