ich suche vom 01.08.16 bis 31.01.17 wegen eines Auslandsaufenthaltes ein Zwischenmieter/eine Zwischenmieterin für eines der beiden WG-Zimmer. (Ein WG-Zimmer ist bereits vermietet.)
Ein Zimmer ist komplett möbliert (1,40 Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Bücherregal), das andere ist nicht möbliert. Wer welches Zimmer nimmt, kann mit der anderen Zwischenmieterin abgesprochen werden. Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad, Klo, alles komplett eingerichtet, coole Dachterasse und perfekte Lage, fast direkt am Marktplatz, Uni, alle Unikliniken und Bahnhof in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke.
