Die Wohnung is sehr gross (25m2) und besteht aus einem großen Balkon, Kitchenette und Badezimmer mit einem Duschwanne. Der Balkon ist nach Süden gerichtet und deshalb bekommt die Wohnung Sonnenlicht den ganzen Tag. Im Sommer ist es echt entspannend wenn man Kaffee oder Bier auf dem Balkon trinken.
Die Grosse ist sehr gut für ein person ausgestattet und man kann sogar ein Wohngebiet, Schlafgebiet und Essgebiet einrichten. Alles in allem kann man über nichts sich beschweren :)

The apartment is 25 square meter big, with a big balcony, a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The best about this apartment is that it is south facing and therefore much sun comes in the entire day. In the summer, you can sit in the balcony and relax the whole day with a beer or a coffee :) I will miss that.
The size is very good for one person. There's plenty of space for a living area, an eating area and a sleeping area. Really, I can't find anything to complain about in this perfect apartment.
Die Lage is TOP. Erstens ist es direkt gegen Bergkirchweih. Im Juni wirst du die beste Freund von alle :D.
Bayreuther Strasse steht am Ende der Hauptstrasse. In 5 Minuten auf dem Rad erreicht man Kaufland, 7 Minuten Hauptbahnhof und 8 Minuten Arcaden. Die Lage ist ganz central aber gleichzeitig ruhig und entspannend.

The location is TOP. First of all, it is directly opposite to the Bergkirchweih. You will be everyone's best friend in June :D
Bayreuther Strasse is at the end of the main street. You can ride to a Kaufland in 5 minutes, main station is 7 minutes and Arcaden in 8 minutes. It is very centrally located but at the same time very quiet and relaxing.
Nebenkosten ist 85 aber ich bekomme zu Mindesten 20 Euro pro Monat zurück. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine (kostenlos) und Trockner im Keller. Es gibt auch ein Kühlschrank in der Wohnung ;)
In der Wohnung gibt es auch Möbel die idealweise für 110Euro (verhandelbar) übernommen werden:
- Küchenwaagen (du brauchst das, echt)
- Vorhang
- Regal auf dem Balkon
- Kleiderschrank

Even though the living cost is 85 Euro, I usually get at least 20 Euro back each month. There is a washing machine in the basement, it's free to use. And there's also a dryer. There's also a fridge in the apartment.
In the apartment, there are a few pieces of furniture that ideally would also be bought by the next tenant at 110 Euro (negotiable):
- Kitchen trolley (You will need that because the kitchenette has not so much flat space)
- Curtains
- Shelf in the balcony
- Closet
