Ich suche eine Nachmieterin für mein Zimmer.Das Zimmer ist 18qm groß in einer bis jetzt3er WG. Die wohnung wurde im 2016 Neu renoviert. Die Wohnung hat 4 Zimmer und eine Einbauküche.In der WG ist alles vorhanden: 1 Küche (mit Spülmaschine), separates Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC, und ein kleiner Balkon.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist nahezu perfekt. Die Haltestelle Zollhau ist in 1 min fußläufig entfernt. Den Bahnhof kann man mit dem Rad in 7 min oder zu Fuß in ca 15 min erreichen. Auch für die Uni ist es kein Problem.Der Kaufland und Fitness sind in 10min zu Fuß erreichbar.Aldi und Netto sind in 5min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Wir sind 3 Studentinnen an der FAU.Die andere beide Mieterinnen sind sehr nette Deutschen.Wir sind zwischen 18 und 23 Jahre alt.Das WG-Leben ist total entspannt. Wir gehen manchmal zusammen einkaufen.Die WG ist immer sauber .Wir putzen das Badezimmer und Küche jedentag.Damit wir unserem Körper auch mal was Gutes tun, gehen wir often Fitness.
