Hey, hey,
ich werde den Sommer über im Ausland arbeiten und suche für die Zeit von Mitte Juni bis Mitte/Ende September jemanden, der mein Zimmer in einer lustigen 7er WG bewohnt.
Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster und mit Schrank, Schreibtisch und Bett alles, was man zum überleben benötigt.
Neben den Zimmern der anderen sechs Mitbewohner haben wir noch jeweils zwei Bäder und Toiletten und eine Küche, in der unser WG Leben grötenteils stattfindet. Im Bad steht eine Waschmaschine und im Keller ist noch ein Trockner zu finden.

I shall spend my summer abroad for work and I am thus currently looking to sublet my room in a lovely 7-person shared flat from about mid June to mid September.
The cosy room has a big window to let in all the light and contains a cupboard, bed and desk for work.
Additional to the rooms of your prospective six flat mates, you'd find two bathrooms and separated toilets and kitchen in which most of our social life takes place. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a washing machine and there is a tumble dryer in the cellar.
Wir wohnen am äußeren Rand der Innenstadt. Mit dem Rad sind es rund 15 min zur Techfak und 5 min in die City. Bushaltestellen befinden sich unmittelbar vor der Haustür.
Im Innenhof haben wir eine Grillecke, die gern im Sommer benutzt wird.

The house is located at the edge of the inner city with everything in walking distance. Using the bike you'd need about 15 min to the South Campus and most of the Siemens facilities and 5 min to everything downtown including the train station. Additionally, there are two different bus stops right outside the door that should get you anywhere you want outside Erlangen.
Wir kochen und feiern mitunter zusammen und legen generell Wert auf eine gute Atmosphäre in unserer Bude. Bei geschlossener Tür findet jeder allerdings genügend Ruhe und Abstand für sich selbst.
Im Sommer treffen wir uns besonders gern im Innenhof zum gemeinsamen Grillen auch mit unseren Nachbar-WGs

We're a couple of students that like to cook, party and hang out together and generally like to maintain a positive atmosphere in the flat. Nonetheless, having one's privacy in the own room has never been an issue.
During summer we especially like to gather for barbecues in the courtyard also with neighbouring people.
Das Auszugsdatum ist noch nicht fix, wird aber iwo gegen Ende September liegen und kann gern abgesprochen werden.
