Wir haben eine Küche mit Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd und großem Tisch zum Essen. Somit ist alles Nötige zum gut Kochen vorhanden.
Das Bad hat eine Dusche/Badewanne sowie Waschmaschine. Das Wc ist separat.
Keller mit Stauraum sowie Fahrradkeller ist vorhanden. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit in der Nähe meist umsonst zu Parken.

The room would be available for one or two months, from the 1st of August in theory, possible on the 15th of August to end of August or September.

The room is bright (2 big windows) and the apartment very well isolated from noise.
There is a kitchen (with a dish washer), a bathroom (with washing machine) and separate toilet; there is also a keller for bike and place in the basement.
Die WG ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof, 2 Minuten von den Arkaden entfernt und somit kann man gemütlich die Innenstadt zu jeder Tageszeit erkunden.

The apartment is 5 minutes away from the train station and walking distance from everything (2 minutes Arcaden, 2 minutes FAU library, …).

Jennifer (28 Jahre alt spricht Französisch, Spanisch und Englisch und ein bisschen Deutsch) arbeitet als Lehrer in einem Deutsch-Französischen-Institut. Nach der Arbeit quatscht sie gerne eine bisschen mit ihren Mitbewohnern in der Küche und geht gerne mal etwas trinken.
Manuel (26 Jahre alt spricht Deutsch, Spanisch und Englisch) studiert Maschinenbau Master an der FAU. Manu spielt Gitarre, kocht viel, geht im Urlaub surfen, produziert Apfelwein und vieles mehr…

We – Manuel and Jennifer- are looking for a short-term flatmate. Our flatmate is coming back on the 1st of September or 1st of October (depending on the term we agree with the short-term person)
Jennifer is 28, French. She speaks French, English, Spanish and little German. She is a teacher, working at the Deutsch-französisches Institut and the Spachenzentrum in Erlangen. She likes coming back home and spend time in the kitchen with the flatmates or sometimes going out for a drink. She also works a lot and enjoy quiet time at home.
Manuel is 25, German. He speaks english, spanish and german. He is doing his Master thesis in Engineering. He likes surfing, playing guitar and cooking. He also likes to go out for drinks sometimes.
