Das Zimmer ist 21qm groß, mit 2 großen Fenstern.
Es ist komplett möbliert mit 1,60m Bett, Schreibtisch, Regal, Kommode, Fernseher und Verstauungsmöglichkeiten. Der PVC Boden in Holzoptik wurde 2015 neu verlegt.
Die Lage ist zentral, fußläufig ist die Innenstadt in etwa 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Eine gute Busanbindung ist vorhanden, die Bushaltestelle ist ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Aldi, Kaufland, Fränky und eine Tankstelle sind in der Nähe.
Wir, Julia (27, Referendarin) & Sarah (25, Physiotherapeutin/Studentin) sind auf der Suche nach einem netten Zwischenmieter für unseren Mitbewohner Basti. Da wir beide berufstätig sind, ists unter der Woche meist etwas ruhiger; wir kochen gerne und machen Sport, trinken aber auch ab und zu ein paar Bierchen oder auch mal 1-2 Wein (zur Not auch Brennspiritus) auf unserem Balkon.
