Hallo liebe Leute!
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist komplett möbliert (inklusive Fernseher) und sehr gemütlich.
Abgesehen davon gibt es ein Bad mit Badewanne, Waschmaschine, getrennter Toilette und eine sehr belebte Küche, die das Zentrum unseres WG Lebens ist. Wir haben alles, was man so braucht, inklusive Spülmaschine, Soda Stream, Smoothie maker und anderen schicken Sachen. Es gibt einen kleinen Innenhof, der sich super zum grillen und gemeinsamen Aktivitäten, auch mit den andern WG‘s im Haus, eignet.

Your future room is going to be fully furnitures, cosy 15m2 with all you need plus a „small“ TV (you‘ll see when visiting us).
The rest: bathroom with bathing tub/shower, washing machine and a separate toilet, there is a small hallway and most importantly the kitchen, where we meet and chill - it‘s very cosy, fully equipped including dish washer and other fancy stuff and just the perfect location for a WG-night.
We also have a small backyard for nice BBQ‘s and to meet other inhabitants (WG people) from the house.
A dryer, free of charge, is in the cellar.
The rent includes everything (water, electricity, wlan), only GEZ is paid separately. The deposit is a bit higher due to the furniture and TV.
Die Lage ist top, in der Henkestraße zwischen Aldi und Mensa. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5 Minuten an der Uni, am Bahnhof und in der Innenstadt.
ENGLISH:
The location is really nice, right in between ALDI and the Mensa in Henkestraße. The center and the railway station are really close as well as all parts of the university (10minutes max by bike to TechFak and less to other parts).
Da unserer Mitbewohner Tim zum Bedauern Aller ein Auslandssemester in Mexiko macht suchen wir nun einen würdigen Ersatz! In unserer WG verbringen wir gerne Zeit miteinander, bei einem gemeinsamen Kochabend, Bier und Wein, Wizard und Siedler. Wir gehen auch ab und zu mal gemeinsam aus dem Haus, zum Beachen, Grillen, Feiern oder ähnlichem. Wir sind alle recht spontan und immer offen für neue Ideen/ Aktivitäten. Trotz alledem braucht jeder mal seine Ruhe, und das respektieren wir natürlich auch.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen sind Maria und Franca. Maria kommt aus Mexiko und macht ihren Master in Medizintechnik hier in Erlangen. Sie wird dich mit Tequila und mexikanischem Essen berauschen. Franca studiert Medizin, liebt (Beach-)Volleyball und ist für so ziemlich alle (Sport-) Aktivitäten offen.
Da Marias Deutschkenntnisse genauso mittelmäßig sind wie Francas Spanischkentnisse, ist die WG Sprache Englisch, das solltest du also drauf haben. Abgesehen davon suchen wir eine kommunikative, interessierte und aktive Person, die Lust hat auf das Miteinander in der WG.
Wenn du jetzt das Gefühl hast, das passt doch perfekt, dann schreib uns ein bisschen was über dich und wir lernen uns kennen! :)

This inquiery is thought for a well-behaved, funny and active people. This is because your two amazing future roommates are the same and love to spend time with you by either drink a few beers or glasses of wine during a game/ cooking night, going for some local (sports) adventures or just having a nice chat.
Maria from Mexico on the one hand will (most probably) introduce you to some damn good Tequila and Latin American culture. Franca on the other hand knows all the good places in Erlangen and loves to play (beach) volleyball.
All of us know how to chill a little bit and respect the privacy of each others as well.
I hope this gives you a good glimpse of our WG-Life and that you have similar characteristics to fit in smoothly.
