Da meine Freundin für die Monate Oktober & November nicht in Erlangen sein wird, biete ich in diesen Monaten eines der beiden Zimmer unserer Wohnung zur Untermiete an. Die Wohnung und das Zimmer sind möbliert und voll ausgestattet. Das Zimmer hat 15 qm. Küche und Bad, sowie den Flur, von dem alle Zimmer abgehen, werden wir gemeinsam nutzen. Die Wohnung liegt optimal in der Erlanger Innenstadt (5 min Fußweg zum Bahnhof), sodass Pendeln sowohl nach Nürnberg als auch nach Forchheim, Herzogenaurach etc. extrem unkompliziert und schnell möglich ist. Der Preis pro Monat liegt bei 430 €. Darin enthalten sind alle weiteren Kosten (Strom, Wasser, Internet etc.). Küchenausstattung (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine etc.) sowie Handtücher können gerne gemeinsam genutzt werden. Darüber hinaus ist zu Beginn der Untermiete eine Monatsmiete als Kaution bei uns zu hinterlegen. Ruf mich bei Interesse gerne an oder schreibt mir.

Since my girlfriend will not be in Erlangen for the months of October & November, I am offering one of the two rooms in our apartment for subletting during these two months. The apartment and room are fully furnished and equipped. The room has 15 sqm. Kitchen and bathroom, as well as the corridor, from which all rooms branch off, will be used together. The apartment is perfectly located in the city center of Erlangen (5 min walk to the train station), making commuting to Nuremberg, Forchheim, Herzogenaurach etc. extremely convenient and fast. The price per month is 430 €. This includes all other costs (electricity, water, internet etc.). Kitchen supplies (washing machine, dishwasher etc.) as well as towels etc. can be used.
