Ihr Zimmer ist ungefähr 14 m2 groß und nach Norden ausgerichtet, aber es ist immer noch hell.
Die Wohnung hat zwei weitere Räume, die beide belegt sind. Unser großer Balkon ist besonders schön, besonders im Sommer ist er das Zentrum unseres Zusammenlebens und kann durch das Zimmer eines Mitbewohners erreicht werden. Wir haben kein Wohnzimmer, aber wir haben einen gemeinsamen Essbereich mit einer Couch auf dem Flur. Die Wohnung hat auch ein Badezimmer mit einer Toilette und eine weitere zusätzliche Toilette, was natürlich ein Luxus für drei Personen ist. ;) In der Küche haben wir viel Stauraum und eine Spülmaschine. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich im Badezimmer.
Für überschüssige Sachen gibt es ein Kellerabteil und einen kleinen Abstellraum in der Wohnung. Wir parken die Fahrräder vor dem Haus oder im Keller.
Das Zimmer ist mit:
- Bett (inklusive Matratze),
- Schreibtisch und Stuhl,
- Sessel,
- Fernseher,
- Garderobe,
- Standleuchten,
die für 200€ erhältlich sind.
Es gibt auch eine Kaution von 600€.

Your room is approximately 14 m2 in size and faces north, but is still bright.
The flat has two other rooms, both of which are occupied. Our large balcony is particularly beautiful, especially in summer. It is the centre of our shared flat life and can be reached through the room of one of the roommates. We don't have a living room, but we do have a common dining area with a couch in the hallway. The apartment also has a bathroom with a toilet and another extra toilet, which is of course a luxury for three people. ;) In the kitchen we have lots of storage space and a dishwasher. The washing machine is in the bathroom.
For excess stuff there is a cellar compartment and a small storage room in the apartment. We park the bikes in front of the house or in the basement.
The room is furnished with:
- Bed (with mattress),
- Desk and chair,
- Armchair,
- TV,
- Wardrobe,
- Standing lamps,
which you can buy for 200€.
There is also a deposit of 600€.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, so dass Sie in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt und ebenso schnell zum Bahnhof gelangen. Eine Rewe ist gleich um die Ecke (ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß) und die Arcaden sind in ca. 5 Minuten (wo Busse auch in alle Richtungen fahren). Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist ca. 2 Gehminuten entfernt.
Während meiner Zeit in der Wohngemeinschaft habe ich es immer genossen, dass der Wiesengrund (Erlanger Grün inkl. Fluss) auch zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar ist.

The apartment is very central, which means that in 5-10 minutes you can walk to the city centre and just as quickly to the train station. A Rewe is just around the corner (approx. 3 minutes on foot) and the Arcaden can be reached in approx. 5 minutes (where buses also depart in all directions). The nearest bus stop is approximately 2 minutes away by foot. During my time in the shared apartment, I always enjoyed the fact that the Wiesengrund (Erlangen green including river) can also be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.
Ihre zukünftigen Mitbewohner wären Fulden, eine PhD Studentin, und Tobias, der als Maschinenbauingenieur arbeitet.
In ihrer Freizeit liebt Fulden mit Leuten zu chillen und kochen.Tobias geht nach der Arbeit gerne bouldern und fährt gerne Fahrrad. Er würde sich sehr freuen, von einem Felsbrocken begleitet zu werden! ;)
Das Wohnen in einer Wohngemeinschaft ist eher eine Wohngemeinschaft als eine "typische" Wohngemeinschaft, dh jeder ist nach Feierabend immer offen für ein gemeinsames Bier / Wein, aber es werden keine Partys gefeiert. Natürlich sind auch Besucher herzlich willkommen, die lange Abende in der Wohnung verbringen.
Wenn sich herausstellt, essen wir gerne zusammen und im Sommer genießen wir lange Sommerabende auf dem Balkon. Beide Mitbewohner sind immer gerne bereit, ein Joint Venture einzugehen.
Das Zusammenleben mit den beiden Mitbewohnern ist sehr entspannt und unkompliziert. Wir sind froh, die Türen geöffnet zu haben, aber es ist natürlich kein Problem, die Tür einfach zu schließen und etwas Ruhe zu haben.

Your future roommates would be Fulden, who is currently finishing her PhD, and Tobias, who works as a mechanical engineer.
In her free time, Fulden loves chilling out with people and cooking. Tobias likes to go bouldering after work and likes to ride a bike. He would be very happy to be accompanied by a boulderer! Living in a shared flat is more like a working flat share than a "typical" shared flat, that is, everyone is always open to a joint beer / wine after work, but no parties are celebrated. Of course visitors who spend long evenings at the flat are welcomed. We like to eat together and in summer we enjoy long summer evenings on the balcony. Both roommates are always happy to go on a joint venture. The shared flat life with the two roommates is very relaxed and easy. We are happy to have the doors open, but of course it is not a problem to just close the door and have some peace and quiet.
Wenn Sie Interesse haben, Teil der Wohngemeinschaft zu werden, schreiben Sie uns über die News-Funktion etwas über sich und wir werden uns mit Ihnen in Verbindung setzen, um einen Besichtigungstermin zu vereinbaren.
