In der Wohnung gibt es eine relativ große Küche mit Essbereich, eine Abstellkammer, ein Bad mit WC und Dusche, ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, und natürlich die 2 Schlafzimmer. Im Keller steht eine Waschmaschine, sowie ein Kellerabteil für Krempel zur Verfügung .
Es gibt außerdem einen kleinen Balkon der über das Wohnzimmer erreichbar ist.
Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und erst seit einem Jahr bewohnt.
Das freie Zimmer ist auf den Bildern zu sehen.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Erlangen, zur Fußgängerzone geht man ca. 5 Minuten, zum Bahnhof 15. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man zum Südcampus ca. 10 Minuten und zum Bahnhof 5.
Um das Haus herum befinden sich einige andere Studentenapartements.
Ich habe selbst noch nie in einer WG gelebt und bin deshalb gegenüber Vorschlägen, wie man das Zusammenleben gestaltet, offen eingestellt.
Die Miete beträgt monatlich 400€ warm, dazu kommen noch ca. 40-50€ für Strom, Internet und GEZ.
Die Wohnung ist vorerst bloß bis spätestens zum 30.09.2023 zu vermieten.
