Hey, wir suchen einen Mitbewohner:in zur Zwischenmiete ab sofort bis 27.02.23.
Wir sind gerade erst eingezogen und uns ist ein Zwischenmieter abgesprungen. Daher haben wir die Miete für die Erlangener Innenstadt entsprechend niedrig angesetzt.
Nun suchen wir kurzfristig für Februar einen Zwischenmieter:in.
Das Zimmer ist relativ zwar klein (10qm), dafür sind Gemeinschaftsflächen (Wohnzimmer, Küche, Balkon) vorhanden und ein extra Schrank für deine Sachen im Flur (siehe Fotos).
Es ist möbliert (Bett 200x140cm, Schrank im Zimmer, Schrank im Flur und Schreibtisch).
Ofen/Herd, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Geschirrspülmaschine, Kühlschrank/Gefrierschrank und Haushaltsgeräte können natürlich benutzt werden.

We just moved in and our planned tenant didnt move in. Now we are looking for someone for the room on short notice. Because of that we are asking for a comparatively low rent.
The room is quite small(10qm) but there are common living spaces (Wohnzimmer, Küche, Balkon) and there is an extra wardrobe in the corridor (fotos).
It is ready-furnished (bed 200x140), wardrobe in the room, wardrobe in the corridor, desk)
Oven/stove, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer can be used as well of cause.
Innenstadt Erlangen, nähe Martin-Luther-Platz. Ruhiges Ärztehaus, Aufzug, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Dinge des täglichen Bearfs und Kultur (Kaufland, E-Werk) schnell erreichbar (auf der anderen Straßenseite) und der Bahnhof ist 2 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt
City-center Erlangen, near Martin-Luther-Platz, Kaufland and E-Werk. Only medical practices downstairs, elevator, shops and stores and everything for daily needs are nearby. The train station is only 2 minutes away by bike.
Wir sind zwei technisch affine, arbeitende Männer.
Deine Mitbewohner arbeiten und sind am Wochenende offen für ghemeinsame Aktivitäten wie z.B. gemeinsames Kochen und Spiele. Das ist aber kein Muss.

Your roommates are working and on are open for common activities on the weekend, like cooking or games. But that's optional
