The apartment is in a fantastic location near Arcaden. It is only 5 minutes walk from the city center and 2 minutes walk from Arcaden. Accordingly, the transport links are great. Many downtown shops, restaurants and cafes are just a few minutes' walk away. There is free parking about 7 minutes away. But you are also very fast in the beautiful Wiesengrund. Supermarkets and Gyms are also only 5 minutes walking distance away.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer fantastischen Lage in der Nähe der Arcaden. Sie ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum und 2 Minuten zu Fuß von den Arcaden entfernt. Entsprechend gut ist die Verkehrsanbindung. Viele Geschäfte, Restaurants und Cafés in der Innenstadt sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es etwa 7 Minuten entfernt. Man ist aber auch sehr schnell im schönen Wiesengrund. Supermärkte und Fitnessstudio sind ebenfalls nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

I am going to travel abroad for 6 weeks, hence I would like to sublet my room. It is my room that you will be living.

You will be sharing the apartment with Ashay; he has been living in Erlangen and in this apartment for a year. He is a physics master's student at FAU. He is really nice and helpful person.

The apartment is great for doing something together, but the living room between the bedrooms also allows for peace and serenity. 50% of WG life depends on you.

On the weekends or days off, he likes to go outside for a beer, ride his bike, or do something at home whenever possible. It would be nice if you guys could do something together from time to time. His German language skill is conversational, around B2 level; however, his English is fluent.

Ich werde für 6 Wochen ins Ausland verreisen, daher möchte ich mein Zimmer untervermieten. Es ist mein Zimmer, in dem du wohnen wirst.

Du wirst die Wohnung mit Ashay teilen; er wohnt seit einem Jahr in Erlangen in dieser Wohnung. Er ist ein Physik-Masterstudent an der FAU. Er ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Mensch.

Die Wohnung ist toll, um gemeinsam etwas zu unternehmen, aber das Wohnzimmer zwischen den Schlafzimmern lässt auch Ruhe und Gelassenheit zu. 50% des WG-Lebens hängt von dir ab.

An den Wochenenden oder freien Tagen geht Ashay gerne mal auf ein Bier nach draußen, fährt mit dem Fahrrad oder unternimmt etwas zu Hause, wann immer es geht. Es wäre schön, wenn ihr von Zeit zu Zeit etwas zusammen unternehmen könntet. Seine Deutschkenntnisse sind gut, etwa auf B2-Niveau; sein Englisch ist jedoch fließend.
